I had such a great experience with my dental hygienist, Millie. She was incredibly kind, professional, and made me feel completely comfortable from start to finish. The cleaning was gentle yet thorough, and she explained everything clearly as she went along. It’s not often you leave a dental appointment feeling this good. My smile never looked better! I’m genuinely grateful for her care and attention- highly recommend.

This really is the best dental practice I've ever visited.They combine the very latest in technology to bring the highest standards of modern care with good old fashioned kindness, patience and attention to patient comfort.My 5 star experience extended from the beautiful floral exterior and plush interior decor all the way to calming music and a personal approach from each of the staff. Nothing was too much trouble.Today I received a routine check up with a new technogology 3D gum scan with Gaynor to check for recession. Then a hygiene treatment from Fran leaving my teeth feeling amazing. Both experiences were comfortable and well explained at every point leaving me feeling calm, relaxed and in safe hands.I hope to continue coming to 38 Devonshire Street for many years to come.

Today I saw the hygienist, Francis who is kind, gentle, patient and extremely good at her job.I then saw Dr Gaynor Langley. Gaynor is so very gentle and explains everything she is going to do.The most nervous patient will feel safe with her.She has a wonderful nurse called Ruby who really is the most caring person.In fact this practice is fantastic. All the staff are friendly. It is modern and welcoming and just off Harley Street.I would recommend Francis and Dr Gaynor for men, women and children.You will never be hurt or frightened to go to the dentist!

I’ve been seeing Dr. Gunilla Assmundson for several years now at 38 Devonshire Street and I can’t recommend her enough. She’s a fantastic dentist: kind, attentive, and always makes sure I feel comfortable every step of the way. Her gentle approach and attention to detail give me complete confidence in my dental care.The whole experience at 38 Devonshire Street is great as well. It is bright, spotless facilities, welcoming reception staff, and provides access to other specialists who provide the same high standard of care when needed. Highly recommend!

When I approached Dr Gaynor Langley eighteen months ago, she had been highly recommended to me as a sensitive and patient Dentist who is not afraid to take on less than simple cases.Having had a lot of dental work in the past, I did not feel good about my teeth, always having the feeling that things didn’t feel quite right.I have had an incredibly positive experience with Gaynor, her assistant Ruby and Hygienist Ewa. Over the period of a year, I had a lot of deep and complex dental work, some revised and was treated more comprehensively.Gaynor and her staff are very sensitive, thoughtful and thorough. I confidently attend my appointments at this practice, which says a lot as I am a lifelong Dentist avoider, having had some very difficult dental experiences since childhood.Thank you Gaynor, Ruby and Ewa, your work with me has made a huge difference!

As a man with a long term phobia of dentists, I cannot recommend 38 Devonshire street enough. I was recommended this practice through close family and from start to finish the wholeProcess was warm, professional and most importantly for me, gentle and kind. Gaynor, Ruby and Ela and the entire team did everything in there power to make me feel at ease. With some work to be done and fears alleviated I have the neccacary appointments booked after a detailed follow up email. A classy building full of classy people, doing classy work !

Hygenist Ela is just wonderful. I've never had a hygenist like her (and I'm fussy!). As well as doing a very thorough but gentle clean, she focuses on educating you on how to brush better and on how to make new brushing and cleaning routines become a part of your life. She is not 'judgy' but supportive and extremely helpful for long term change. Your teeth will be forever grateful. She is worth every penny!

Dr Ela was an amazing hygienist. She cleaned my teeth thoroughly and showed me how to brush in the best way for my teeth and gums. I have a fixed retainer at the back of my teeth and she removed the very visible plaque impeccably. She understood I was really afraid so she was very patient and kind.

Another great experience with Sarah Gilder. Her approach is incredibly thoughtful (eg warming the water), thorough and effective. I feel no pain when I get my teeth cleaned - amazing! Sarah is fantastic, thorough and professional! I couldn't recommend her highly enough. My teeth always look noticeable better after an appointment! Sarah is also great at giving expert advice of what to do at home to improve your dental regime - cleaning/flossing and actually showing how to do it all properly!

I have been a patient of Gaynor for almost 30 years and couldn't give a more glowing report of the entire practice, wish a special mention to Ruby who works closely with Gaynor.No one really looks forward to going to the Dentist however the quality of the service and approach of all of the team at 38 Devonshire Street make it a really pleasurable experience (as a whole).I have recently met Frances who is now my new hygienist and she has a very wonderful way about her making it a pain free process (even if I have had a coca cola too many!)

Once you have been to No 38 you will never want to go anywhere else! Gaynor (and Ruby) and her whole team are absolutely wonderful. All treatment plans are explained clearly, and great care is taken by true professionals. Never any discomfort, exquisite workmanship and all in a comfortable and calm environment. Ela is a wonderful hygienist, very thorough, yet gentle and considerate. She is very knowledgeable and gives great advice on how to take care of the teeth at home. No one really loves going to the dentist, but I am always happy to see the wonderful Dr Geoffrey Pullen, whom I have been going to for at least 20 years and who seems perfectly suited for the 38 Devonshire practice. With great taste in music, he is also top of the game in terms of implant technology and general maintenance. As he once said to me, "you want beauty at the front and strength at the back". Referring to one's mouth of course! Sarah Gilder is an exceptional hygienist and is very encouraging and positive even if one has not been as diligent in one's dental hygiene as required.

Not all private dentists are equal!I have been using private dentists for a long while and consider myself very fortunate to have being recommended 38 by a friend.Gaynor and her team are professional yet friendly, extremely knowlegdable yet clear and open in their communication but most of all caring and focused on making sure you are OK throughout all the process.They get the big things right but are also focused on getting the small things right too which make such a difference.

I can’t speak highly enough of this practice. After years of health anxiety, I can go to the dentist now without any stress at all, and that’s purely because of the treatment I’ve received here. The practitioners are all lovely and highly skilled, and the immaculate interior design is also an added bonus.

Both my husband and myself attend this dental practice to see Dr. Geoff Pullen and the hygientist. I cannot rate Geoff highly enough. He has done numerous implants for me. He is so calm and explains everything and it is always pleasure to see him. The difference his dental work has made to my mouth/teeth is phenomenal. Also excellent hygienists.

I had my hygiene appointment with Frances Robinson. Having not seen anyone since Covid I was a little worried about my teeth! Frances made me feel so welcome and comfortable, she talked me through the whole process, explaining what she would be doing. I am really impressed with the difference in my teeth after only one appointment, Frances found I still had glue on my teeth from my braces which was over 10 years ago. I highly recommend seeing her and will be back again. Thank you!

This dental practice is incredible. I wouldn't recommend anyone else but 38 Devonshire Street. The dentist I was referred to was Dr Gaynor. Dr Gaynor is incredible, she was so professional and ever so friendly. She was ever so thoughtful and supportive regarding my needs. I have got neurological issues from a car accident I was involved in a few years ago. Since that accident I have had trouble with my gum not numbing. I was so on edge before the first appointment, however Dr Gaynor reassured me and spoke to me about different ways she could help. I find it so hard to trust a medical professional as I have met so many since the accident in June 2018. After the 1st tooth was fixed, Dr Gaynor has all my trust. I cannot say I am an easy patient, Dr Gaynor worked alongside me and helped my nerves. I really couldn't thank her enough. Dr Gaynor has a assistant called Ruby. Ruby is just so lovely and supportive, again I couldn't thank her enough. Both Ruby and Dr Gaynor always had a smile on their face and a warm personality. I couldn't fault them. My experience from this dentist has been the best and I won't be going anywhere else.

I had my first dental hygiene appointment with Frances Robinson. Having not had a hygiene appointment previously I was slightly apprehensive. Frances instantly put me at ease by talking through the process with me and letting me stop for a break at any point during the process. No part of the process was painful. I was so happy with the difference in both the appearance of my teeth but also how clean they felt. I would highly recommend Frances at 38 Devonshire St and hope to visit again soon.

After visiting and consulting multiple dental practices about my 4 wisdom teeth removal, 38 Devonshire Street has been the only dental practice where i've developed full confidence and trust to go through a complex procedure.Dr Anish Shah, Dr Laleh Sharifian, Lauren and Sophie really put me at ease on the procedure day. The recovery process was really smooth thanks to the impeccable skill and care the team provided.Dr Ariane Sampson then straightened my teeth with ceramic braces. Dr Ariane was very clear in describing what to expect at each stage of the treatment and very patient in answering my questions. I'm grateful for her professionalism, empathy and attention to detail.Dr Victoria Sampson helps me with fillings and general check-ups. Her talents, skills and awesome playlist make going to the dentist not scary for me anymore :-DThank you so much everyone at 38 Devonshire Street for your wonderful care over the years!

After 3 years of ongoing big problems on a very difficult and complex case of my wife's conditions after tooth 37 extraction, we have been recommended to see Dr Gaynor by Dr Luke Cascarini.Its hard to describe it all, but Dr Gaynor was very professional from day one. She took us on treatment with other specialists to try to help us as a team of doctors on very best treatment plan. And that's something you cannot see or experience in other places. They have found the problems that other maybe 10 good specialists have overlooked for 3 years, which speaks for itself already. She gave us in all our visits a perfect explanations of problems. She always explains in details expectations of what will be happening after each visit during my wife's step by step treatment. Which is very needed, because with so many problems at the same time, its hard to judge what is going good way, what is not, if no-one tells you what to expect. And the best fact is that everything is a high level teamwork. Its not over with the treatment yet, just the beginning. So we are (and I really mean it) extremely thankful to Dr Luke Cascarini that he recommend Dr Gaynor to us and extremely thankful to Dr Gaynor to took us on the highest level.

I can't recommend Gaynor, Charlotte, Ruby and colleagues too highly. Extremely professional, friendly and client-oriented. So say nothing of the (huge) amount of investment they have ploughed into hygiene in general and anti-covid protection in particular. My favourite dental practice ever.

I cannot speak highly enough of my recent experience at this Practice. I'm extremely nervous of visiting the dentist and had neglected visiting for a good few year. My first visit to Charlotte was fantastic, I was put completely at ease and she and Faiza expertly explained what was being done and when which really helped. This experience has given me the confidence to push ahead with dental work for the future! I highly recommend if you are nervous or scared of the dentist, there is no need to be when visiting these guys!

Best dental cleaning experience I have ever had. The mouth piece made of soft material the hygienist uses allows you to keep your mouth opened without too much stretch . The machine with warm water is perfect for sensitive teeth and the die to detect scale is genius.I recommend very highly!

I won't trust any other dental practice. Gaynor and her team are fantastic, they got to know me and my teeth and recommended an extensive treatment plan. Since having a huge amount of work done with them (painless and stress free), my teeth have been stable for years, with only check ups required. I couldn't recommend 38 Devonshire Street highly enough.

As a family we have been coming to 38 Devonshire Street for the past 15 years. Gaynor, who is also a Doctor, is a wonderful dentist - always highly professional, offering first class advice in a caring, calm and efficient way. Her assistant Ruby is also excellent - very efficient, warm and friendly. My son has been seeing Gaynor since he was 4 years old and has always had a very happy dental experience. The practice is in a beautiful building and very conveniently situated in Marylebone. The entire team at 38 Devonshire Street are very impressive offering the full range of dental expertise and I always highly recommend this brilliant practice to friends and colleagues!

I have been attending this practice for over forty years and I would never choose to attend anyone else. Gaynor has looked after me personally for nearly twenty years and is not only a superb dentist but someone who really cares about her patients and remembers every detail of their teeth and dental history. I always feel welcome when visiting the practice and this ensures that I am always relaxed during my check up or treatment. Highly recommended.
